VARIETY: Cabernet Sauvignon
HARVEST: Grapes are picked manually in the second half of September.
VINIFICATION: Wine is made according to a special technology. Grapes are picked in their technologic ripeness. Vinification takes place in rotovinimatics, as at the beginning the grape mark is infused for 12-24 hours for the purpose of extracting the aroma complex. Fermentation is carried out with a selected strain of yeast in contact with the oak and a daily supervision.
ALC.: 13-13.2 % vol.
MATURATION: This wine matures in containers made of inox.
COLOUT AND TASTE: Ruby colour, intense fruity aroma, characteristic for the sort, mild, pleasant and harmonious flavor.
