ORIGIN: Plovdiv Region
HARVEST: Grapes are picked manually at the end of September.
VINIFICATION: Wine is made according to special technology at low temperature in rotovinimatics with infusion of the grape mark at temperature of 12-14 °C. During fermentation an enologist performs a constant control.
ALC.: 12.8-13% vol.
MATURATION: In containers made of inox.
COLOUT AND TASTE: Ruby colour with a shade of violet, well expressed fruity aroma of black fruits, mild and harmonious flavor.
