ORIGIN: Assenovgrad Region
HARVEST: Grapes are picked manually in the second half of October.
VINIFICATION: Specially selected at the time of picking, the grapes are vinified in a new type of rotor vinimatics, which enables maceration of the grape mark and fermentation under technologic control.
ALC.: 13% vol.
MATURATION: 3 months in Barik type oak butts.
COLOUT AND TASTE: This wine has an intense red colour, pleasant fruity aroma, combined with oak nuances, good harmonious flavour and fullness.
