ORIGIN: Plovdiv Region
HARVEST: Grapes are picked manually in October.
VINIFICATION: Wine is made according to special technology at low temperature rotovinimatics with infusion of the grape mark at temperature of 14-16 °С and fermentation with a special strain of yeast under constant control and temperature regulation.
ALC.: 13% vol.
MATURATION: In containers made of inox with or without wood.
COLOUT AND TASTE: This wine has a lively Ruby colour, pleasant, well expressed fruity aroma, specific for the sort, harmonious and pleasant flavour, with mild tannin at the end.
